WE ARE HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE

? Location: Shapar GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat

? Industry: Foundry / Manufacturing

? Reporting to: Head – Admin & Marketing

? Experience: 1.5–4 years

We are looking for an HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR activities for our manufacturing/foundry operations.

The role will involve recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, contract workforce coordination, employee relations, HR administration and development of HR processes and policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Onboarding

Recruitment and onboarding of operators, technicians, helpers, supervisors and staff.

Recruitment of both permanent and contractual manpower.

Coordinate interviews, selection, joining formalities and documentation.

Conduct employee induction and joining processes.

Maintain employee records and personnel files.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Inputs

Maintain daily attendance and manpower records.

Coordinate shift, overtime and leave records.

Provide accurate inputs for payroll / wage processing.

Monitor absenteeism and manpower requirements.

Manage employee joining, transfers and exit formalities.

Contract Workforce & Compliance

Coordinate with labour contractors regarding manpower and workmen-related matters.

Maintain relevant contractor and workmen documentation.

Coordinate matters relating to PF, ESI, wages and applicable labour-law requirements.

Maintain required statutory records, registers and documentation.

Support the organisation in ensuring appropriate wage and statutory compliance.

HR Policies, Processes & QMS

Maintain a sound understanding of HR policies, procedures and best HR practices.

Assist in developing,



implementing and periodically reviewing HR policies and procedures appropriate to the organisation.

Ensure HR processes and documentation are structured to support QMS requirements and audit compliance.

Maintain appropriate HR records, procedures and documentation required under the organisation's quality management system.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and employee practices.

Employee Relations

Address employee grievances and routine workplace concerns.

Support management in disciplinary matters and maintaining workplace discipline.

Maintain effective communication with employees, supervisors and management.

Assist in resolving employee-related issues in a fair and professional manner.

Employee Engagement

Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Coordinate employee celebrations, recognition activities and employee awards / appreciation programmes.

Contribute towards a positive and healthy workplace environment.

HR Administration & HR Systems

Maintain accurate and confidential employee and HR records.

Update and maintain HRMS and personnel information.

Prepare HR reports and HR-related MIS.

Use MS Excel for attendance, manpower, payroll inputs and HR reporting.





Provide HR information and reports to management as required.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduate in any discipline.

HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations qualification preferred.

1.5–4 years of relevant HR experience.

Experience in manufacturing, foundry, engineering or other industrial environments will be preferred.

Exposure to contract workforce management and statutory HR matters will be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel.

A reasonably stable employment record is preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Good understanding of HR policies, procedures and HR practices

Ability to develop and implement practical HR policies and processes

Awareness of QMS requirements and HR documentation

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Recruitment and manpower coordination

Employee relations and grievance handling

Understanding of HR / IR practices

Basic knowledge of labour-related statutory requirements

Good documentation and record-keeping

Problem-solving ability

Professional maturity and discretion

Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments

Valuable Excel and HRMS skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
