Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role in a hybrid setup, based in Mumbai with a mix of office-based and work-from-home responsibilities.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring HR documentation is accurate and up to date. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution,



and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. The individual will assist in implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, and coordinating training and development initiatives.

The Human Resources

Executive will also collaborate with management and teams to support recruitment activities, workforce planning, and compliance with relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with a solid understanding of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations expertise, including handling documentation, HRIS tools, and daily administrative HR tasks.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to foster a respectful, inclusive, and engaging work setting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational standards.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a fast-paced agency or services environment and familiarity with basic labor laws and compliance.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
