Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at FASTRACK SOLUTIONS is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records.

The Human Resources

Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating communication between employees and management, and assisting in resolving workplace issues.

Responsibilities also include implementing HR policies, coordinating recruitment activities,



supporting performance management processes, and assisting with HR documentation and compliance. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth HR processes.

- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
