About the Role

Jazz Beats LLP is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
- Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed, Apna, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Handle joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, and other HR letters.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Assist management with performance tracking and employee-related processes.




- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly communicated and followed.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
- Handle other HR and administrative activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Professional attitude and strong follow-up skills.

Education Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
