Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mumbai.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Executive will coordinate training and development initiatives, support organizational culture and engagement activities,



and collaborate with management to address workforce planning and HR-related needs. This position requires close interaction with employees and leaders across the organization to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, records management, and HR administration.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote engagement.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with HRIS or HR software and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR Executive or similar HR role is preferred.
