? About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team. You will play a key role in sourcing top talent, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate databases, and facilitating a seamless recruitment process.

? Key Responsibilities

? Post & Manage: Publish job openings on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal referral platforms.

? Source & Screen: Review resumes, screen candidates, and build a strong pipeline for open positions.

?️ Coordinate: Schedule and organize interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers.

? Candidate Engagement:



Communicate professionally with applicants to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

? Onboarding & Records: Assist with pre-employment verification, documentation, and applicant tracking records.

? Eligibility & Requirements

? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.

⏳ Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR support operations (Freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).

?️ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
