Job Title: HR Analyst

Job Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM

Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR analyst who can turn people data into business insights and help leaders make smarter workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, compensation, attendance & workforce trends.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards, MIS and business reports.
- Track recruitment metrics — TAT, funnel, source effectiveness, offer-to-join, hiring cost.
- Identify trends, gaps and root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting and compensation analysis.
- Automate repetitive reports and improve HR data quality & processes.
- Partner with HRBPs, TA, Finance and business leaders to solve people-related business problems.

What You Bring

- 5–9 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / HR MIS.
- Solid Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Understanding of core HR metrics and processes.
