Hiring: HR Recruiter, IT & Non-IT Recruitment
Location: Ahmedabad | Work From Office
Experience: 2+ Years
CTC: Up to 35,000 per month based on experience level
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups and offer closures
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined TAT
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT & non-IT recruitment
- Robust sourcing and candidate-handling skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
