Role Description:

The Human Resources Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and exit processes, and coordinating documentation and compliance.

The Human Resources

Administrator will assist with benefits administration, HRIS data entry and reporting, and support payroll and attendance tracking in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The role also includes handling employee queries, supporting performance management and appraisal cycles, and ensuring company policies are consistently communicated and applied. The individual will work closely with HR management and leadership to help maintain an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values.

3. Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
4. Experience: 1+ year in HR Recruitment
5. Work Mode: Work from Office

6. Weekly Off: Monday
7. Office Time: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Qualifications:





- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including coordination of employee benefits, enrollment, and related documentation.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment, including accurate data entry, reporting, and basic system troubleshooting.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and common HR tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Prior experience in real estate or a fast-paced commercial environment is a plus, along with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
