Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Maintain candidate tracker, daily calling reports, and hiring MIS.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating prejoining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation standards.
