We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR to lead and manage all aspects of our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent.

Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Monitor and evaluate training and development programs for employees.

Lead performance appraisal processes to ensure fairness and transparency.

Analyze HR metrics to assess workforce performance and productivity.

Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes effectively.

Drive employee engagement and build a solid company culture.

Requirements

Proven experience in HR or in a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.





Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is preferred).

3+ years of experience in HR management cum administration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Meloor, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- UAE visa : 3 years (Preferred)
