Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes, assess profiles, and conduct preliminary HR interview rounds.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
Negotiate salary offers and handle candidate discussions effectively.
Apply basic knowledge of compensation structures and salary processing.
Requirements
Bachelors degree with 1-3 years of core recruiting experience.
Hands-on expertise using Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of payroll processes.
