Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

Maintain candidate and employee records.

Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.

Support basic HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate and support office events and employee engagement activities.

Handle employee follow-ups and day-to-day HR coordination.
