- Cadre building and succession planning
- Employee relations & discipline
- Industrial relations
- Labour law & statutory compliance
- Shopfloor HR operations

Candidate profile:

- 15+ years of HR experience, preferably with significant manufacturing/plant exposure
- Strong track record in recruitment, training and retention
- Proven ability to build internal talent/cadre
- Strong employee relations and disciplinary handling skills
- Valuable knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation: Competitive and negotiable for the right candidate. Company name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
