Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and PG staff, including housekeeping, front office, security, maintenance, kitchen, and support staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and local recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selection, and manage joining/formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate payroll inputs, salary details, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Manage staff discipline, performance issues, and company policies.
- Coordinate staff accommodation, uniforms, ID cards, and other employee requirements where applicable.




- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and staffing issues.
- Handle employee exits, full & final settlement coordination, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, and leave.
- Support training and development activities for hotel/PG staff.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, PGs, hostels, or similar operations preferred.
