Role & responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other sourcing channels.
- Search and identify relevant profiles based on job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate discussions.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/internal teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and daily activity reports.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to meet hiring requirements.
