Position Overview:

GSS Project Consultants is looking for a motivated Human Resource Executive (HR) to support recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, payroll assistance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement activities.




- Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
- Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
- Assist management with general HR administration.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of HR experience; freshers may also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll, or labor laws is an added advantage.
