You will manage end to end recruitment for technical and non technical roles, run our HR operations, and help build a workplace our team wants to stay in. This is a hands on role with direct exposure to leadership, well suited to someone who wants ownership rather than a narrow desk.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Manage the full hiring cycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer rollout, and follow up until joining

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals

- Screen profiles for technical roles such as software developers, QA, DevOps, BDE, and AI/ML engineers

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels, and keep the pipeline moving

- Maintain the recruitment tracker and share hiring status reports with management

HR Operations

- Handle onboarding, documentation, background verification, and induction for new joiners

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data, and prepare monthly payroll inputs

- Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters

- Manage exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and exit interviews





Employee Engagement

- Plan and run engagement activities, celebrations, and team events

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances

- Support performance review cycles and help track goals and feedback

- Contribute to building and improving HR policies and processes

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred

- 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or software services company

- Working knowledge of recruitment portals and applicant tracking tools

- Robust written and verbal communication in English.

- Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting

- High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information

Good to Have

- Experience hiring for technical roles and understanding of common tech stacks

- Exposure to IT staffing or consulting recruitment
