Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Talent Acquisition role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions across various functions.

The Talent

Acquisition professional will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Day-to-day activities include maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging employer branding initiatives to attract candidates, updating recruitment metrics,



and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The role also requires continual improvement of recruitment practices and collaboration with HR colleagues to support broader people initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage complete hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess talent and support informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to help position ORN as an attractive workplace and engage prospective candidates.
- Experience working in fast-paced or growth-oriented organizations, preferably in travel, technology, or services sectors.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in HR or recruiting are an advantage.
