Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the HR/Recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closures.
- Allocate requirements and monitor team performance.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee queries.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with management and hiring managers.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
