Position: Senior Recruitment Specialist

Experience: 0.6 - 3 Years

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 0.3-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate relationships. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clients across various industries.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.




- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up regularly.
- Work closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases accurately and consistently.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
- 0.3 - 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
