Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Communicate with candidates and manage HR follow-ups
- Connect with potential clients and generate recent business leads
- Handle calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Maintain HR and sales records
- Support the team with day-to-day HR and business development activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates and clients
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and LinkedIn
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
