We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the Pharmacy retail and healthcare services industries to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions and ensuring compliance with pharma-specific HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and labor laws

- Oversee employee engagement, training & development, and performance management

- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and legally





- Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements

- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and change management initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 8 to 20 years of HR experience in the Pharmacy retail and healthcare services industries(mandatory)

- Robust knowledge of pharma compliance, policies, and HR best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite
