Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare or lateral hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers




- Ensure timely closure of open positions

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresher or Minimum 6 +months of experience in Recruitment / Lateral Hiring
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Details

- Working Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Work Mode: 100% Work From Office Ajmer Rajsthan
- Salary: 10,000- 15,000 In-Hand (based on interview performance)
