Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining formalities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. ✅ What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6 months of recruitment experience .
Experience in BPO / Volume Hiring / Blue-Collar recruitment is preferred. Good communication and candidate-handling skills. Strong follow-up and convincing abilities. Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
