We are looking for a target-oriented In-House HR Recruiter to handle high-volume recruitment for our Outbound Calling / Sales process.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, telephonic screening, interview coordination, and regular follow-ups. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of candidates and ensuring timely hiring as per business requirements.Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk recruitment for outbound calling and sales positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain the job opportunity.
- Screen candidates based on communication skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers/team leaders.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they complete the joining process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations/sales team regarding manpower requirements.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Reduce candidate drop-offs through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Bulk Hiring preferred.
- Experience hiring for BPO, telecalling, telesales, outbound sales, or customer-service roles is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
