About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, healthcare-savvy HR Recruiter with 2-3 years experience preferably from the healthcare industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full hiring cycle from requisition to onboarding via job platforms

- Meet with department heads to understand hiring needs and plan sourcing strategies.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews.

- Coordinate technical and management interviews with department heads.

- Handle salary negotiations and roll out job offers.

- Coordinate document verification, background checks, and joining formalities.

- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure a great candidate experience.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.

- Monitor key metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring vacancies.

Candidate Profile





- Experience: 2–3 years in recruitment (healthcare recruitment preferred).

- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline with MBA-HR

- Technical Skills: Proficient with Computer application and job hiring platforms

- Soft Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.

- Work Ethic: Proactive, target-oriented, and highly organized.
