HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition ? Location: Surat, Gujarat ? Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year ? Department: Human Resources ⏰ Employment Type: Full-time About the Job: We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Surat This is a pure recruitment role where you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for Soft Line Staff positions — from sourcing candidates to pre-boarding.

Key Responsibilities: Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with stakeholders. Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial/telephonic interviews. Coordinate candidate interviews with the respective hiring panel. Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations.

Complete the candidate pre-boarding process. Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and daily hiring reports. Work towards closing positions within the defined TAT. Maintain good communication and a positive candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR,



Business Administration or a related field. 6+ months of hands-on recruitment/talent acquisition experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in speaking with candidates and handling follow-ups. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Experience using recruitment portals and social media for hiring. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge or interest in Employer Branding will be an added advantage Who Can Apply?
