Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for various NON IT positions through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the 's qualifications.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry.

- Strong understanding of Non-IT sectors and current trends in technology.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
