- Qualification* : Any Graduate / MBA HR .

Job Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for IT Non-IT positions. Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews.

Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and clients.

Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.

Understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable profiles.

Required Skills Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
