To manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the automobile dealership, ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates across Sales, Service, Bodyshop, Spare Parts, Finance, Administration, and other departments.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to joining.

- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and branches.

- Prepare and post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and campus recruitment.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate technical/department-level interviews with respective HODs and managers.

- Schedule interviews and maintain proper candidate follow-up.

- Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer and joining process.

- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment status.

- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification as per company policy.





- Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, including open positions, interview status, selection, offers, and joining reports.

- Build a strong candidate pipeline for frequently required dealership positions.

- Coordinate with branch managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements.

- Support campus recruitment, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives.

- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and external hiring agencies.

- Track recruitment cost and ensure cost-effective hiring.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
