Office Location: Padi, Chennai.

Roles & Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for Gulf & India hiring
- Technicians, skilled manpower & blue-collar staffing
- Source profiles from portals, social media, referrals, direct outreach
- Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews & follow-up
- Salary negotiation & offer communication
- Maintain hiring trackers and daily & weekly reports
- Effective communication with internal teams
- Languages: Tamil & English mandatory; Hindi is an advantage

Experience: 1 year minimum Salary: 15,000 - 20,000
