Role Description The HR Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles within Dream Child Garbh Sanskar.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, preparing accurate job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will also support onboarding processes, maintain recruitment records,



and contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Surat, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and adherence to organizational values and policies.

Qualifications

- Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Skills in stakeholder management, collaborating with hiring managers, and aligning recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
- Comfort with HR and recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and basic MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Understanding of HR best practices, employment norms, and ethical, non‑discriminatory hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role; experience in education, wellness, or healthcare domains is beneficial.
