We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BPM operations, including bulk hiring for voice, non-voice, customer service, back-office, international and domestic processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition and sourcing to selection, documentation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, campus hiring, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidates based on communication skills, behavioral competencies, process requirements, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further rounds with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Handle bulk recruitment drives and ensure hiring targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules, selection documentation, salary discussions, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and track key hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and cost per hire.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruitment vendors, colleges, and other sourcing partners.
- Participate in walk-in drives, job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns as required.
- Work closely with Operations and HR teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver hiring within agreed timelines.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.

Preferred Experience Candidates with prior experience in BPM/BPO, customer service, contact center, back-office, international voice/non-voice, bulk hiring, or staffing/recruitment environments will be preferred.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. A specialization in Human Resources / Management will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who can "source smart, hire fast, and hire right" while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting business growth through effective talent acquisition.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
