About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

HR Recruiter to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, building a strong talent pipeline, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates for current and future requirements.

- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, source effectiveness, and pipeline status.





- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

- Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.

- Excellent candidate screening, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

- Positive understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.

- Candidates based in Pune or willing to work from Baner, Pune.
