We are Hiring: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)
Location: Thane (Naupada) | Work-from-Office
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for both IT (Developers, Cyber Security, Data, DevOps, QA) and Non-IT roles (Sales, BD, Admin, Operations).
- Source quality talent using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate salaries, and manage offer rollouts.
- Track metrics including candidate pipeline, Time-to-Hire, and Offer-to-Joining ratios.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of core recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT background strongly preferred).
- Hands-on expertise using major job portals and ATS/HRMS tools.
- Solid candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for candidate tracking.
- Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
