We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in the Infrastructure / EPC / Civil Construction sector.

The candidate must have experience recruiting manpower for NHAI, Railways, Roads, Highways, Bridges, Metro, or other large-scale infrastructure projects.

Mandatory Industry Background

Candidates must have recruitment experience in one or more of the following:

- NHAI / National Highway projects
- Roads & Highway Construction
- Bridges / Flyovers
- Railway Infrastructure / Railway Projects

- EPC Companies

- PWD / Government Infrastructure Projects

- Companies executing NHAI, Railway, PWD, or similar infrastructure projects

Candidates without Infrastructure / EPC / Civil Construction recruitment experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure and EPC projects.
- Recruit technical, engineering, site, project, and managerial manpower.
- Understand manpower requirements from Project Managers and Site Teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, databases, and networking.
- Screen candidates based on qualification, project experience, location, notice period, and salary.
- Coordinate interviews with Project Heads and Functional Managers.
- Manage multiple vacancies and urgent project requirements.
- Maintain an active database of infrastructure professionals.




- Coordinate offer release, documentation, joining, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring reports.
- Support bulk hiring for multiple project locations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and tight recruitment deadlines.
