In this role, you will maximize our presence on major job portals, uncover hidden talent through advanced boolean searches, and convert passive candidates into active applicants. Key Responsibilities Sourcing: Mine job portals, databases, and professional networks for qualified candidates.

Boolean Searching: Craft advanced search strings to identify niche talent.

Job Postings: Write, optimize, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.

ATS Management: Track candidate progress and maintain clean data within our Applicant Tracking System.

Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications.

Qualifications Experience:



1–3 years of experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or talent acquisition specialist. Tech-Savvy: Proven expertise using job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) and ATS platforms.

Skills: Strong understanding of Boolean search logic and keyword optimization.
