ROLEWe are looking for an HR – Placements professional to build corporate relationships and facilitate placement opportunities for college students across IT and Non-IT sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify companies actively hiring freshers and graduates.
- Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, and Recruiters to generate job opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong employer database.
- Understand hiring requirements including roles, vacancies, eligibility, CTC, and location.
- Coordinate with TPOs / Placement Officers to facilitate campus and pooled drives.
- Manage the process from company identification to student selection and offer.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term employer relationships.
- Achieve monthly targets for companies, job openings, drives, and placements.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid networking and follow-up abilities.
- Recruitment / campus placement experience preferred.
- Comfortable with calling, LinkedIn outreach, email, and B2B communication.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
