We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage core HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee exit & clearance processes
- Handle employee mobility, transfers, travel, visa & immigration processes
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS
- Resolve employee queries and coordinate with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation
- Support HR transformation, process improvement & automation
- Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data

Required Skills
- Strong experience in HR Operations & Exit Management
- Employee mobility / transfer / visa management
- HRMS administration & employee data management
- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Reporting & Analysis
- Robust communication and stakeholder management

Preferred
- PeopleSoft / SAP HR
- HR Reporting & Analytics
- HR process improvement / operational projects
