About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR administrative functions, employee lifecycle processes, attendance, documentation, and operational support. This role ensures smooth HR systems, data compliance, and a positive onboarding and engagement experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Onboarding &
- Lifecycle Management:

Lead seamless end-to-end onboarding, candidate documentation, verification, background checks, and exit formality processes.

- Attendance &

- Leave Management:

Track daily attendance, leave balances, shift rosters, and maintain accurate inputs for monthly payroll processing.

- HR Records &

- Database:

Maintain updated employee files, HRMS software databases, and confidential personnel documentation in compliance with statutory standards.

- Employee Relations &

- Grievances:

Function as the primary HR point-of-contact for operational employee queries, policy clarifications, and resolving basic workplace grievances.

- Statutory &

- Policy Support:





Assist in maintaining documentation for PF, ESIC, and local labor law compliances; support periodic HR audits.

- HR Admin &

- Engagement:

Coordinate company engagement activities, town halls, performance review scheduling, and training program logistics.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Commerce, or a related field.

- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, administration, or generalist functions.

- Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel/Word) and hands-on familiarity with HRMS/payroll tools.

- Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and high ethical standards for handling confidential data.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
