Role & responsibilities

- Management of the CRM, ensuring accurate lead data, smooth lead allocation, activity tracking, process discipline and timely execution across the sales workflow. Continuously identify gaps and help improve processes to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage key administrative activities and coordinate with internal teams as well as external vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage core HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policies, policy implementation and employee retention initiatives, while helping build a structured and positive work environment.
- Coordinate with the CA/accounting team for invoices, expenses, salary-related inputs, documentation and routine compliance requirements, ensuring all financial records and supporting information are maintained accurately and on time.
- Work closely with management, Sales and internal teams to align priorities, streamline communication, resolve operational issues and ensure key activities are completed on time.

Preferred candidate profile





- 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations, CRM, process management or HR.
- BPO / service industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow management.
- Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.
