- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.

- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

- Organize employee training, development, and engagement activities.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation.

- Support management in workforce planning and other HR-related matters.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in HR management.

- Positive communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
