We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage and oversee the complete HR operations of our hospitality organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

- Handle employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and induction.

- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.

- Coordinate with Accounts for payroll processing, LOP, and salary-related matters.

- Manage employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.

- Handle performance management and employee engagement activities.

- Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and HR records.

- Coordinate training and development programs.

- Support statutory compliance and labour-related requirements.





- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Handle disciplinary matters, resignations, and full & final settlement processes.

- Work closely with department heads and property teams to address HR requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance, and recruitment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

- Ability to handle multiple properties/teams and work independently.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
