Job Title: HR Manager Location: Dankuni, Kolkata, West Bengal Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations, end-to-end talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will build strong talent pipelines, foster a positive workplace culture, and align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition &

- Staffing: Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, administrative, and operational roles. Develop sourcing strategies, manage recruitment channels, and streamline interview-to-onboarding processes.

Onboarding &

- Induction: Design structured onboarding programs and induction kits to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.

Performance

Management (KRA/KPI): Drive performance review cycles, establish transparent KRAs and KPIs, monitor employee development, and manage incentive frameworks.

Relations &

- Culture: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace conflicts, implement retention strategies, and maintain high team engagement. HR Operations &
- Payroll Management: Oversee daily attendance, leave management, payroll processing inputs, and employee records maintenance. Policy &
- Compliance: Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures, and labor law compliance.

Required Qualifications &

Skills Education: MBA in Human Resources Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in HR management or generalist roles.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS/payroll software, MS Office (Excel, Word) Immediate joiner preferred
