Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and mature HR Head to lead HR operations, employee management, recruitment, policies, and overall HR processes of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall HR operations and HR strategy.

- Lead and manage the HR team.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.

- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.

- Monitor attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.

- Manage performance management, KRA/KPI and appraisal processes.

- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives.

- Ensure proper HR documentation and statutory compliance.

- Prepare and review HR MIS and management reports.

- Coordinate with HODs and senior management for manpower and HR requirements.

- Identify HR gaps and implement process improvements.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Head / Senior HR Management.

- Candidate should preferably have overall strong HR experience with leadership exposure.

- Minimum age 40+ years.

- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations and HR Policies.

- Positive understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.

- Strong team handling and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR MIS.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
