We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong exposure to Payroll and HR Operations to join our team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Position: HR Generalist – Payroll & Operations

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 1–4 Years

CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
- Handle monthly payroll processing and payroll coordination
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities
- Manage HRMS/HR software and ensure employee data is updated accurately
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities
- Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR policies
- Prepare payroll reports, HR MIS, and other HR reports
- Maintain and implement HR policies and processes
- Support employee engagement and HR administration activities
- Coordinate with management and other departments for HR-related requirements
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of routine HR operations

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field




- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
- Hands-on experience in payroll is mandatory
- Good knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
- Experience with HRMS/HR software is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling employee and payroll information
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations
