Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related information.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with employee engagement and internal HR activities.
- Address routine employee queries and coordinate with management when required.
- Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and employee records.
- Ensure HR documents and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.




- Support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related requirements.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in recruitment and general HR operations are preferred.
- Freshers are not being considered for this position; 1–5 years of relevant experience is required.
