SRAM is a new-age boutique communications agency working across diverse industries and roles. We are looking for a focused and dependable Talent Acquisition Executive who can help us manage hiring assignments with speed, structure and consistency.
The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will manage the early and middle stages of the recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and following up on feedback.
This role requires strong communication, disciplined follow-ups and rigorous data management. You will regularly interact with candidates over phone calls, WhatsApp and email while maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and internal databases.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Clearly communicate job details, expectations and selection processes to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with candidates through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines and follow up on interview feedback.
- Build professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Support the timely closure of open positions.
- Update recruitment MIS, trackers and daily progress reports.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring documentation.
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role. Freshers with a strong understanding of the hiring process may apply.
- A clear understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-ups is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and WorkIndia.
- Robust interpersonal, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
