The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment and onboarding, employee attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, maintaining employee records, handling staff queries and grievances, implementing HR policies, and supporting employee engagement and performance management. The HR Executive also coordinates with department heads and management to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with organizational policies.
Pay: ₹11,026.19 - ₹33,131.40 per month
